What Congressional seats are up for election in 2006, even if they likely will go to one party or the other, I'm curious to see which ones are up. Can anyone tell me or send me to a place to get the info.

I assume you mean Senate seats.  All 435 seats in the House are up for re-election every 2 years.  The Senate's offical website has the ability to sort by class, here are the Senators whose term expires in 2007:
