This voting booth is hereby opened. We are voting on a constitutional amendment called the Making Elections Competitive Amendment, which is explained below. This voting booth shall remain for one week starting at 11:00 pm EST today, Friday November 12.

Making Competitive Elections Amendment:


Article V, vii shall be amended from:
vii) The number of Reps to be elected corresponds to the entire part of the quotient C/6, with C being the number of citizens in the Northeast Region as of the third Friday at 12:00:00am EST of the month of the election.

to

vii) The Northeast Assembly shall be composed of five members, each of whom shall be registered voters residing in the Northeast Region.

Please vote aye, nay, or abstain.

I'm not counting Dave Leip.  He used to be the only moderator when I first started posting here.  There were no "infraction points" or anything like that back then.  I'd just get an email message once in a while that said something like, "Please avoid drunken, emotional diatribes.  Thank you, Dave Leip" or "Please refrain from linking to pornographic websites.  Thank you, Dave Leip."
