I'd give Greene Maryland, Vermont, and DC.

Umm, I did give Greene Vermont and D.C. in my map. The only one I didn't give him was Maryland.

Greene wins Hawaii (58%), DC (80%), Rhode Island (52%), Vermont (53%) and Maryland (50%) in a nail-biter. He would lose Massachusetts. No chance of winning Illinois or California, and an outside shot at New York (Palin 54%)

Palin 514/61.9%
Greene 24/36.1%
3rd parties 0/2.0%

Assuming there were no third-party candidates:

Guys, Alvin Green jokes aside... this guy would do worse than McGovern, Landon, Mondale (in ev terms) or Goldwater (in pv terms). Even against Sarah.

I agree with Wormyguy and Kalwejt.  My cat would do better than Greene.

Though there is no way that a strong third party bid could be prevented from emerging.  And the Libertarian and Green party candidates would each break 5% at least.

Alvin Greene vs. Sarah Palin vs. Michael Bloomberg would be interesting.

Freaking rock would defeat Greene in landslide, despite inventable Alvin claims that the rock started the recession.

I think Greene would still win...Palin gets my vote, though.

Palin / Thune (R) : 64.5%
Greene / McMillian (D) : 30.9%
Other : 4.6%

I can explain Arkansas. Green released his new line of action figures which helped Arkansas' economy a lot. Greene also attacked Palin there for not knowing Arkansas was on the U.S. Map.

She thought Wal-Mart was Arkansas' official name.

Either way she wins big.
