I'll give him a B. He's incredibly awful at communicating his goals and objectives, which is odd because he was excellent at it during the campaign. The Dem Party as a whole is epic fail at branding themselves.

At my son's school, they use "greatly exceeds expectations", "exceeds expectations", "meets expectations", "challenged to meet expectations", and "greatly challenged" or some such warm and fuzzy nonsense.
