Of course it accounts for inoperable or unloaded firearms.  But if you have an amendment that you have, we can go through that once the new session starts.

I think this amendments incoporates it. It defines the weapon as something that can fire, therefore including unloaded weapons as well.

Not even weapons that can fire, but were designed to fire... so even if they are broken, it's still covered.

the up-to-date version is the current version plus the two amendments. If you would like to reintroduce it with the amendments already added in the bill I suppose that would be fine.
