Judd Gregg is the man who sponsored and introduced TARP.  He's not running for anything ever again.

There's like a 90% chance that GOP ticket in 2012 will include at least one person who voted for or supported TARP.

Romney would pick someone from one of the lowbrow evangelical churches. Besides that, I think just about everybody else would start with Rubio.
