Theres no way to restrict voting in a poll like this to one district.  I'll confess, I voted in this one myself (of course not for Philip).

I still cannot see how 10 people voted for Phillip. Phillip are you rigging the vote. I can't see how that many people would vote for you. Its insane. Anyway I voted for Badanarikin04 since I consider him the best choice for the job.
