His compassionate conservatism and "humble foreign policy/no nation building" stuff would have been things that I would have liked, probably.

But at any rate, I've never liked Gore.

Would have been the lesser evil from a 2010 perspective.

The better question is, why is BRTD obsessed with Gore? He hates Gore's running mate for being a "moderate hero" and all (which Gore probably was in 2000 too). I wonder why he would have been so determined to get them elected.

LOL if Lieberman was simply a Moderate Hero he wouldn't be anywhere near as insufferable or notable. He is a neocon murderer and traitor. However under a Gore presidency he would've had little influence in those areas and wouldn't be doing anything besides attending state funerals, while Gore would've been light years ahead of Bush. Most importantly the US would've never invaded Iraq.

Gore had been a critic of invading Iraq since long before the invasion. There would've been no invasion of Iraq under a President Gore, this should be blatantly obvious to anyone aware of the first stated fact.
