I just saw a post at Free Republic that gave an update on the provisional ballot counting in Ohio. This information actually came from a liberal website. Currently, 71% of the provisional ballots have been approved. I think this covers about 1/8 of the Ohio counties. So far Bush has gained 4220 votes while Kerry has gained 2399 votes. Most of the counties come from Bush areas.
It appears that the ballots are breaking as the overall counties did. Cuyahoga has not reported it's numbers, but so far about 1/3 of the ballots viewed there have been rejected. Kerry should do well there. From the small snipets of information, Bush has slightly outperformed in the counties reporting. The overall numbers may change by 5000-10000 votes. That's just my guess.
At the current rate of approval, about 111,000 to 116,000 ballots will be certified.
