I hope you guys aren't voting based on voting patterns, because eliminating Castilla y León
first
would be retarded, dumb and stupid.

Admittedly I don't know a
whole
lot about the subject matter, but I have learned a little about it in Spanish class (over 10 years ago).
Eliminate Morocco (Ceuta and Melilla).

Ceuta
Melilla
Old provinces are really better than these newest communities, with some stupid boundaries inside Castilla and those tiny things, Murcia and Rioja...
Anyway, we'll have our favourites.
I already know Hash's favourite
That's not mine !
The worst round for me will be when I'm forced to oust La Rioja... because of wine !

Castilla y León and Castilla-La Mancha are empty places. There is nothing. It is hot, dry and boring.

I have travelled to Castilla y Leon, Castilla la Mancha, Madrid, Andalucía, Ceuta and Melilla. I don't remember much traveling time so i guess Spain is indeed a small country
Castilla la Mancha has Toledo, that's enough for me to keep it here.
Eliminate
Murcia
Balearic Islands

I know it exist something called history
In the Iberian Peninsula gives historic places like stars on the Milky Way. Castilla y León is nothing special. But this is only my opinion.
