Barack Obama will go down in history as the man who destroyed his own party.

Just another sign of the deluge.

One county commissioner and one person not in office. Ok.

Two blacks have switched parties. HUGE shift on voting patterns for sure.

Yes, there are approximately 2,000,000 more voting-age African-American Georgians to follow.

Actually, it is a sign of a realignment when members of a traditional core group switch parties.  Granted, it is just a small sign, but it is one.

A Luzerne County Commissioner switched from the Republican Party to the Democratic Party.
