I went to a Dole rally in Old Sac in '96.  I'll never forgive him for the Viagra ads, though.

I have met David Price (NC-4), Bob Etheridge (NC-2), and Brad Miller (NC-13). I have seen Gwen Moore (WI-4).

I have also met Elaine Marshall (D-NC Senatorial candidate) and seen Bev Perdue (Gov. D-NC).

I saw (heard is probably the better term) John Kerry and John Edwards at a Kerry-Edwards for Pres rally. I also saw (or heard) Barbara Boxer at another large rally.

Too many to count. To cut it short, I've met the entire Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island Delegation. I've met Howdy Doody (points to who knows who that is), J.C. Watts, Bob Doran, Nancy Pelosi (pre speaker) Dennis Haster (as speaker), and a bunch of others.

When I was 12, Norm Dicks asked me unjokingly to vote for him, and called me "young lady."

I was forced to introduce myself to Adam Smith earlier this year.  He was even less interested in the introduction than I was.

Brian Baird crashed on my family's couch, twice I think, and irritated me because I couldn't watch cartoons the next morning.  (But he was always nice to me.)

I think I had a meal or two with Sen. Murray, but I can't remember.

I kind of hate meeting politicians.  I usually have nothing to say, other than whether I voted for them, and that is even more awkward if I didn't.

I met Patty Murray in D.C. when I was there.  I saw Rick Larsen and Jay Inslee at another Patty Murray rally near Everett.

Why was Brian Baird at your house?

Alcon is high society and very involved with one of the two major parties even though he tries to act otherwise.

I have seen two, although they weren't US Congresspeople at the time I saw them.  I saw Governor-Elect and Current Congresswoman Mary Fallin (OK-5) when she was Lt Governor.  I also have seen and am great friends with Congressman-elect James Lankford (OK-5) when he was the director of Falls Creek Baptist Youth Camp in Oklahoma and as a candidate for the seat being vacated by Fallin who was elected in 2006 when then-Congressman Ernest Istook ran for Governor and was soundly defeated by Governor Brad Henry.
