Inside word is Taylor is the "annointed one". It was part of her deal for not running against Fisher that she'd be given the blessing for a shot against Brown.

Being "the annointed one" in the Ohio GOP primary is usually tantamount to nomination, much so than in other states. The Ohio GOP is second to none at avoiding serious primary fights. Look how bad the tea party candidates for Auditor and Sec. of State crashed and burned this year.

As a Democratic leaning voter in Ohio, I don't have any fear of any of those Republicans.
