With Bloomberg: 47% Obama, 31% Palin, 18% Bloomberg

Breaking down the support for each candidate:

If Obama runs for re-election in 2012, would you definitely vote for him, would you consider voting for him, or would you definitely not vote for him?

43% Definitely Would Not

If Sarah Palin runs for president in 2012, would you definitely vote for her, would you consider voting for her, or would you definitely not vote for her?

If Michael Bloomberg were an independent candidate for president in 2012, would you definitely vote for him, would you consider voting for him, or would you definitely not vote for him?

METHODOLOGY – This ABC News/Washington Post poll was conducted by telephone Dec. 9-12, 2010, among a random national sample of 1,001 adults, including landline and cell-phone-only respondents. She can only go down from here. Once she has to sit down and do more interviews with places outside of FOX news, she's toast. On top of that, she'll be participating in a dozen or so debates, which is dangerous for her. The sad thing is, most Republicans don't care about her incompetence.

She would loose to Obama by a huge margin (as everyone here knows),  but I would just be scared if she won the nomination.  A major party nominating her?  Insane.

Just out of curiosity, you seem like a fairly reasonable Republican - would you vote for her or Obama if it comes down to it? Just interested.

Anyway, yeah, I really, really hope Palin gets nominated. Especially since the US economy should be recovering somewhat decently by 2012 so if Obama's defeating her by this much now...
