So when exactly have the Maine sisters voted against each other? It doesn't ever seem like they do.

Wouldn't surprise me if they did so more than the Wyoming brothers.

It's happened a few times, but I can't honestly remember on what. I don't understand it either, though, since they seem identical.

they sometimes negotiate independently too...

Sen. Susan Collins (R., Maine) has said she's "inclined" to support the bill. White House officials are also targeting the votes of Sens. Olympia Snowe of Maine and Scott Brown of Massachusetts. Both have said they are using the July recess to study the bill. Congressional aides believe both could ultimately back the bill.

The DADT repeal when it was part of the Defense Bill.  Collins voted in favor Snowe against.  Typically the few times they have split its Snowe that sides with the Dems, and Collins the GOP.

Good. That's probably the only thing Brown has done as senator (so far) that I support.

I would imagine you agree with him about 75% of the time or so, if you're honest with yourself.

What? I don't agree much with "moderate" Republicans, and I'm sure it's pretty well known that I don't like Brown.

Yeah, although lots of Republicans are supporting START, even people like Isakson.

The Tea Party has some more house cleaning to do....  Scott Brown probably shouldn't be one of them.  I don't see anyway we can improve that situation.

That's so moderate of him to support George HW Bush's START treaty.
