He'd previously said that June was about the latest he could decide, because you need time to build the campaign.  So if the earliest is June and the latest is June, I guess that means it'll be June.

I just assumed he'd make his big announcement (that he's not running) on the season premiere of the Apprentice, 3 minutes before the end of the show, after a big run-up where he floated all the reasons why he should "step up" and help out America in free interviews, and wouldn't what's her name be a smokin' First Lady?

Whatever option (for announcing his non-candidacy) will make him the bigger attention whore is what he'd pick.......always.   Speculation about it throughout the season of episodes seems more whorish .
