Because women are often not socialized in a way that makes them apt to post on political/historical related sites like this.  If they do post on forums like this, they are often not involved in the discussions and such.  Men are just simply more likely to be basement-dwelling geeks, due to the way we are often socialized.

If it were biology, there wouldn't be any women on forums like this.  Unless you really want to argue that being the Internet equivalent to "one of the guys" is the result of a genetic dysfunction.

There is so much wrong with this I don't even know where to start. I think it is safe to say that the number of women who masturbate is signfiicantly lower than the corresponding number for men.

Virtually all men masturbate regularly, it is safe to assume.  No doubt you are correct that there are more sexually disfunctional women out there, but still, the vast majority probably do masturbate, whether they admit it or not.
