This list includes those who were defeated in their party's primary.

SCHEDULE OF ROUNDS:
Rounds 1-11 (Triple Elimination)Sad Each round, you will have ten “eliminate” points to spend, divided as you choose among at least three defeated incumbents (fractional votes are not allowed). You will also have five “keep” points to spend, divided as you choose among any number of defeated incumbents. The three defeated incumbents with the most “eliminate” points (after subtracting any “keep” points they might have) will be eliminated. This phase will reduce the number of defeated incumbents to twenty-five.
Rounds 12-16 (Double Elimination)Sad The rules are the same as for Rounds 1-11, except that your “eliminate” points will be divided as you choose among at least two defeated incumbents rather than three. This phase will reduce the number of defeated incumbents to fifteen.
Rounds 17-26 (Single Elimination)Sad The rules are the same as for Rounds 1-11, except that your “eliminate” points will be divided as you choose among any number of defeated incumbents. This phase will reduce the number of defeated incumbents to five.
Round 27 (Choose Top Two)Sad You will chose your two favorite defeated incumbents from among the top five. The two with the most votes will advance to the Final Round.
Round 28 (Final Round)Sad The standard rules for the final round.

In case of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be the number of “eliminate” points in the current round (i.e. a defeated incumbent with ten “eliminate” points and three “keep” points will be eliminated over one with seven “eliminate” points and no “keep” points). The second tiebreaker will be points in previous rounds (“eliminate” points minus “keep” points). The third tiebreaker will be my vote. I have no vote except to break a tie in this manner.

The Final Round is open, and will close no earlier than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, February 14th. Please specify whether your vote is to eliminate or to keep. Votes that do not specify will be treated as votes to eliminate.

Another unexpected event forces me to be in Paris the whole day this Saturday (CET), at the least.
So I won't be able to vote this Saturday and a good part of this Sunday (CET).

I mean: in Paris without easy Internet access (Tongue).
