I'd be reluctantly interested in being PPT... but please consider me a last resort.  The senate could get very interesting with this n00b running things.  Things may not grind to a halt.. but they might grind to a nice, slow burn for a little bit.

I also declare my candidacy for PPT.  I am a n00b to all this, but I wouldn't mind whipping everybody into shape and helping rebuild the reputation of the senate in the eyes of all Atlasians.
