And you won't get to receive my "disturbing" PM notifications. Tongue

I am not exactly happy about it myself, but I am afraid it has to be. Various personal matters dictated it and so I decided a day or two before New Years. Had the start of the new Senate not corresponded exactly with the start of a new semester at school (and such transitions have always been ridiculously stressfull, even when such stress isn't necessary), I probably would have made a different decision, but even that isn't a complete guarrantee.

I'd be willing to give the position a shot. Just don't get mad at me if I'm bad at it.

You don't sound too enthused. Tongue

Its not that hard to do it and most of it is cosmetic and a mistake can be fixed easily if found quickly. The biggest problem with is that it can get monotonous and this monotonous activity became very boring and even at times depressing, just another five or six things to do every day depending on Senate activity levels.

Since we do have till tomorrow afternoon, I will leave this out there, if all of you would really really prefer that I stay as PPT in this next Senate, I will even though I don't want to. I had hope this situation would provide an opportunity to get another Senator more active while I remain at the same level of activity I always have, at the same time however I don't want to leave you guys in lurch and force someone to "reluctantly" take this position, to his and the Senate's detriment.

I think you will do fine, Lief. Smiley

Alright, I've given it some thought, and I'll officially declare my candidacy for PPT. I do really enjoy being in the Senate, and I'm willing to give the position a shot.

Now that's the stuff. Wink

I also declare my candidacy for PPT.  I am a n00b to all this, but I wouldn't mind whipping everybody into shape and helping rebuild the reputation of the senate in the eyes of all Atlasians.

Interesting. In what way do you plan to build its reputation and what methods would you entail. I had wanted to try something similar but failed horribly for lack of any practical means to do so, with Atlasia as a whole struggling.
