I thought of a small, no nonsense one on German Vice Chancellors, to honor the recent transition from Mr Westerwelle to Mr Rösler. Grin

Well, since my 90th Congress US Senate survivor is a total failure, I'm thinking of starting a new one for years of the 20th Century. What do you guys think?

(A pity for you 90th Congress one, but even Kal's Stalin inner circle (the finest idea ever Tongue) hadn't a big turnout and I still hesitate on my Chinese Politburo idea)

Great !

I was just thinking about one on centuries... of course being a bit skeptical on centuries BC Tongue
If someone wants to use the idea, (s)he's welcome.

I have an idea for an off topic Survivor:

Super Bowl Winners and Losers. If approved, they will be two separate survivors

Do I have to wait or can I go ahead and do both?

You can do both of them, no problem, as Kal hasn't started his own.

How interested would anyone be if I did one on 70-80s bands?  Of course, the band list would be completely at my mercy, so you'd have to endure my great taste in music.

That could be fun, though the Europeans may not have a great knowledge in the bands you'd pick.
I'm interested but not sure until I'll see the list.

Well.. off the top of my head;

Pink Floyd, Beatles, Yes, The Who, CSNY, Genesis, Boston, Cream (Eric Clapton), Deep Purple, The Doors, Eagles, Led Zeppelin, Rush, among others.

If I included musicians ;

Elton John,  Billy Joel, Peter Gabriel, Jim Croce (Might not know him), Clapton, Marley, Dylan.

I have others, just listing some of the one's I can think of immediately.

At least, you'll have Edu.
As for me... well... I have weird tastes: between Dvorak and Depeche Mode, there is almost nothing Tongue
So, I'm not sure at all to cast a ballot.
But I'm sure you'll have many voters, especially if you PM some US and UK firends on this forum.

I kept thinking I'd get back to it, but I don't think I will.  Consider the Electoral Vote survivor to be abandoned to be either picked up by someone else or started anew.

I was thinking of doing two more survivors:

-Famous anime series survivor
-Famous Looney Tunes characters survivor

Are those survivors OK?

Yes, but one after the other, as there are already 2 off-topic survivors running.

Is it OK for me to do a members of the Knesset survivor? Or is that too long? If it's too long, I can do a members of the Knesset survivor with each party done separately?

Keep in mind that an Israeli Political Parties survivor has already been done. Besides, I, for one, don't know enough to vote on each MK individually.

Can you calm down a bit ? Tongue

You've got many ideas but it seems not every one of them is well followed.

With this survivor, you won't have a big turnout, probably (I won't be able to vote in it, for the same reasons as homely).
Either by party or as only one survivor, it'd be very difficult to know enough about every MP.

And if others of your survivors have a turnout too low for your taste, just let us know by saying a survivor is dropped (taht's not an obligation, but this info could be useful).

Hi, I'd like to take an option for an Episodes of Doctor Who (2005-2009) survivor. I'm not starting it until at least one month (taking a little break after my "big" survivor Wink), but I think there would be a few people who'd be interested in participating.

I dropped my Anime Shows Survivor due to low participation. I might need to drop my Family Guy Characters Survivor, but I will wait a day or two to see if more people will vote in it.

Hi. I've only started looking around this board since the past few days, but is there any interest for a dominant parties survivor?

If I did this, it would be quite ambitious and would play very differently from most survivors, so I would like to know if there are any rules on the conduct of them.

Nope, you are free to create your own game rules, provided there is a survivor in the end Grin.
Just remember that turnout is varying and sometimes low, especially in holiday and exams periods Wink.

"Dominant parties" all over the world ? The subject hasn't been used, so it's up to you.
