SENATE BILL: Airport Renaming Act (On the President's desk)

I'd like to propose the following amendments:

Airport Renaming Act
1) Reagan International Airport shall henceforth be known as Mondale Colin Wixted International Airport.
2) Dulles International Airport shall henceforth be known as Arbenz Nym90 International Airport.

It would be better to name them after Atlasian people anyway wouldn't it? 

Hence why I submitted the amendment

I think we can simply have a final vote on this. There's no need of a long debate for such reform.

Aye.  Shouldn't we honor Atlasians not a foreign national and a Presidential nominee of a nation that does not exist?

If we're going to waste money by changing the names, we should at least be changing it to real Atlasians, not people who don't exist in our world. This is just playing partisan politics, and for what? It's sad something as minor as this is one of the most heated discussions for this session.

This is pre-2004, so they did exist in our world. Now, Obama National Airport might be a little odd.

That doesn't change the fact we're changing the names to a foreign national and a failed Presidential candidate.  Honestly I don't mind the Mondale one quite as much as the Arbenz one.
