If Al Gore won WV, he could of won the election without Florida. While Byrd is out of the question, and its too early for Manchin, would Bob Wise be a good running mate?

Gore's losing was the result of a myriad of mistakes made early on. Though he almost overcame it at the end. It's argue that he did overcome it but not enough in the "right" areas.

His environmental and gun control focus likely hurt him in WV and TN.
