Well, I plan on leaving right after the next President makes his choice for this office. But in the mean time, I'm glad to be able to help. It is a real honor to be appointed to a Cabinet position, and I'm ready for any questions the Senators may have.

 I must admit, its weird to be on the other side of the confirmation hearings.

Yes. I intend to barge into several regional assemblys and offices, confront and herass them to get to work, steal paperwork, and report back to my office. I also plan to not steal as much as I was hoping for out of the federal budget for my own use.

I dont expect to spend too much time in this position. But if confirmed,  I will reach out all regions, seeking their imput, and listening to the questions and concerns and answer them to the best of my ability.

I do have one question, Andrew:

During Fritz's Administration, the SoIA and SoEA have been delegated the unofficial role of assistant (note the small 'a'---again, all informal) GM. Before he disappeared, it had actually worked well with Dr. Cynic (and continues to for Hash). I believe its a good tradeoff: the GM gets some much needs help in numbers crunching and research, and the Secretaries get an expanded role for their office to help shape policy decisions (subject to the limits of a GM's veto of course Wink).

My question is: Will you be willing to continue in that role if confirmed?
