Even if they found nails in a 2000 year old Jerusalem tomb it isn't significant - Jesus wasn't the only person crucified 2000 years ago.

Besides, assuming that Jesus was born in 4BC, he lived to the age of 33, then he would have been crucified less than 2000 years ago.
