Somewhat healthy. I try to eat fruits and vegetables every day and avoid meat or carbs unless nobody is tending to the vegetarian section on campus or I think the food isn't really any better than I'd get at the sandwich stand. I suppose I could cut down on my sugar intake though, flavored iced coffee and muffins/chocolate/whatever isn't that great for you. But I make do with what I can get.

nope unfortunately. I drink way too much pop. Plus I'm drinking beer again but It's just one a day so if I could stop drinking pop it would be fine. I can drink a 2 liter a day no problem. My brother keeps trying to get me to eat healthy and exercise, but he lives in Virginia and I only talk to him one a week or two, so it's hard to stay motivated. I also don't eat healthy food. Like today I had 3 pieces of pizza, 2 20oz pops, half a bag of hershey kisses and 3 glasses of milk and some potato chips. I'm kind of hungry right now though.

Better than average, but I don't do nearly enough exercise. The only really bad part of my diet is the carb intake. Low saturated fats, moderate sugars blah blah blah but high processed carbs.

Canberra-is-tiny

Say hi to Jo for me Cheesy

Also, I should also note that I was basically cholesterol free for over a year and i'm still very low cholesterol. That makes a bigger difference than anything else, I've found.

At the end of the day, 'healthy diet' isn't the same for everyone, either. So eat whatever you want, just attempt to do proportional exercise if you want to maintain a healthy body at any weight.
