Not really, but lately I've made up for it by doing a lot of walking. I actually did an experiment at Dude Fest 2009 and weighed myself both before and after. I lost 6 pounds over three days, and that was on a diet that was basically McDonald's, ice cream and lots of alcohol. All the moshing made up for it. Apparently it's not uncommon for bands of that type to lose 10-15 pounds when touring because playing that type of music they way they do can be quite physically demanding (if you've noticed in any of the videos I've posted.)

Somewhat healthy, I like to think. Certainly very healthy for American standards in most part of the country.

Could reduce alcohol consumption though Smiley

I consume butter, whole milk and cheese, and alcohol regularly, practically every day.

I avoid salt, soybean meal, "canola" oil, and high-fructose corn syrup. I also floss.

I think that on balance it's healthy.

For a moment I thought I had forgotten a post that I had made. I wonder how long this thing is going to be strung out?  Smiley

As to Torie 2's eating habits, one needs to factor the ying of the solid foods that he eats, versus the yang of the liquid ones. I mean booze is a food. Tongue

Weakness is cheese and soda.

I've just switched to a high-protein diet, I'm trying to gain some weight. Considering about all I eat now is poultry, whole grains, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and eggs, I'm going to say yes.

I stay away from soda, alcohol and fast food, so I'd say yes Tongue

Fair. I drink a lot of soda, but it's all diet. Still too much refined sugar and flour in my diet. I need to eat less overall. I love food too much.

Somewhere between #1 and #2... I admittedly eat too many refined carbs. Maybe too much caffeine, though thats always coffee/tea and just about never pop. I drink alcohol once or twice a week, but not an excessive amount imo.

I almost never eat fast food, and when I do, well, I order it without most of the super unhealthy stuff... Wink

Somewhat. I do indulge myself in burgers, fish-n-chips and other bad stuff at lunch during the week, but the rest is generally healthy. Plus, I'm really thin so I can afford to eat some sh**tty stuff once in a while.

Ridiculously so, given my age and gender.

Medical issues mean that the definition of 'healthy eating habits' is not entirely like a normal one (sometimes irritatingly, sometimes not so) but I do try and I think I do alright.

Healthy eating isn't only about weight issues.

In between.  I do drink too much soda, and much like most New Yorkers eat too much Pizza.  I will also eat burgers from time to time and Fried Chicken.  However, I don't eat much in the way of sweets and junk food (will eat cookies, but that is about it).  I do eat plenty of salads (just did so along with a turkey sandwich)

Overall though I am pretty healthy and stay in pretty good shape (I'm 5-9 150-155).  One thing I have noticed is I have to work a bit harder to stay in shape compared to when I was a bit younger.

I am going with option three. I eat a lot of grain and dairy products, sweets, and pay no attention to nutritional value... but like skim milk and fruit, usually avoid fast food, and never touch alcohol.

Option 2.  Not the greatest, but I'm forced to.  I no longer drink soda.  Mostly diet green tea and water.  I try to eat more fish and veggies and scrap fats and starches as much as possible though I have my occasional weakness for wings.  I've even added multivitamins, cinnamon, and fish oil supplements to of course lower blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol.  As for alchie well, light beer and wine mostly.  Try to avoid lagers, sugary drinks and hell no on "bombs."
