These appear to be the strongest swings for counties with more than 100,000 votes
swung toward Bush
Richmond, NY 21.5
Ocean, NJ 19.9
Rockland, NY 18.3
Kings, NY 15.6
Monmouth, NJ 14.8
swung toward Kerry
Travis, TX 19.2
Arlington, VA 10.4
Denver, CO 9.1
Multnomah, OR 9.0
Williamson, TX 8.7
Does anybody know of any counties with greater swings than these? I am a bit unsure of the Democratic list.
