Of course not.  I think Xahar would make a fantastic chairman.

The thing is Xahar isn't going to be the chairman, and if this party falls apart now there won't be a party which could use the guidance of chairman Xahar, basically.

Okay people, is the UDL still going or is it defunct? Seems like nobody really cares.

Oh, and I drop out as a candidate chairman, I hope Xahar is happy now and that he can find someone who hates Bgwah sufficiently now

JCP is waiting for those interested in actually doing something for the left.

Just FYI.

We are still the 3rd largest party AFAIK. Calm down. You have my support for Chairman by the way. You certainly do show dedication. Tongue

Kaljew, F off.

I'm sorry; I'm just not convinced I could support you for chairman.  Could we try to find a compromise candidate?

I'm gonna run for Ilikeverin's seat. I'm not intending to be hyper-active, but hopefully I can get my party working.

We're also still looking for someone to replace Ben. Anyone interested?

I wasn't aware there was another seat open. I'll run for it.

I would guess that you and Antonio are automatically elected without opposition.  Out of curiosity, how many active UDLers are there?

I'd say 10-ish. But maybe I'm underestimating it.

I'm afraid I'm not quite the boss, as we still don't have a chairman.

I guess Polnut's the boss.

OK, in my capacity as President and and acting-Chair of the UDL - I am calling for nominations for the Chairmanship of the Party, this will last 24 hours.

Are there vacancies on the EC? Do I have the authority to appoint until the next convention?

You could appoint sbane and Antonio for legitimacy's sake. Smiley

I hereby appoint Senator Antonio V and Sbane to the vacant positions on the executive council of the UDL.

These are temporary appointments, and those appointed, while vested with all authority, will only serve for the remainder of the current EC term.

Jack Polnut

President and acting-Chairman, UDL.
