FF. He was justified in his actions to protect his tribes' land. Of course you can't overlook that his bands killed innocent people and there was a treaty- even if it was forced upon them and broken.

Multiculturalism has failed. It would be impossible for the natives to stay on there land. I think they evolved into the "American" race, and are now part of normal culture. My great-great grandmother was Cherokee. Her mother and father had no education. They starved. They went to a reserve, and her life got better. Whats disgusting is that a murderer's like Sitting Bull is being supported by people who ARE NOT EVEN NATIVE AMERICAN!

Kuster would of launched a Genocide, given the chance. But the overall result regarding colonization/western expansion was not Genocide.
