Homer Simpson (D-"Springfield")/Peter Griffen (D-RI)

Stan Smith (R-VA)/ Hank Hill (R-TX)

I'm pretty sure it was established that Springfield was infact in Vermont, since Springfield, Vermont won some competition for the Simpsons.

The 2000 episode Behind the Laughter places the Simpson family in Northern Kentucky.

Stan Smith is from Virginia.

I think the race would be:

Brian Griffin (D-RI)/Hayley Smith (D-VA)
Hank Hill (R-TX)/Stephen Stoch (R-CO)
Eric Cartman (I-CO)/Homer Simpson (I-IL)

My vote: Cartman/Simpson!!!
