Why don't you just have the RG list "Do Not PM" under the "Additional Info" section, instead of a superfluous post?

I suppose no love for the idea of having "Do Not PM" under "Additional Info"...?

If people are combing the voter rolls to find voters it's rather inconceivable that would be missed. There's no need to create a whole separate post and further clutter the Census Bureau.

Alright. Can a Senator sponsor something along these lines, then? (as an amendment)

What does it exactly change to the current bill ?

There is no superfluous "extra post" for the "Do Not PM List."

Yes, there is not such mandated post in the current text. Just that it be posted in his first post. It can include anything else in that post at his discretion.

His first post is A-J on the voter rolls though. Would a do not PM list and A-J fit in that post?
