I think we should keep this bill fairly simple.  I understand the concerns of having a super majority simply expel the three non-party members... but any party would do that to their own folly.

I'm offering following amendment on behalf of the Vice President.

1. A Senator may motion for the expulsion of any other sitting Senator, provided that the aforementioned Senator has not posted anything in the Senate for 14 consecutive days and has not declared a leave of absence before. This shall be done by creating a thread in the Atlas Fantasy Government Board specifically motioning for expulsion of the aforementioned Senator.

I suggest this be changed/amended as follows to prevent confusion:
