It wouldn't have changed the final result, though.

Now, for all of my survivors, I forbid abstain votes and changing vote after someone else has voted (except if it's a real mistake, like voting for someone who is already eliminated).

Anyway, this was a very tense survivor, and quite funny, even though I was angry at Piemonte's early elimination (and to be obliged to let Valle d'Aosta, Lombardia and Trentino to try to save it) and difficulty at killing Emilia.

This survivor has been a total disappointment from beginning to end. We have a ing useless island making it to the final rounds, another, slightly less useless though still hilariously dull, island won the survivor. And at the same time both the cultural and political hearts of the country have all been eliminated.

It seems like people just randomly voted to eliminate all the good regions and keep the most pointless and uninteresting ones. Your votes were so silly and demented that it really makes me sad. Yes, sad.

It is insulting, Antonio, because you imply that we are unable to develop some rational preference of one region over another. I respect your judgment because you are Italian, and you certainly have a right to say "I disagree because..." to the group's decision and argue over the merits of one region over another, but I think you're out of line to insult someone's intelligence because their preference is different, even if they're not Italian.

I know your pain, Antonio, it was a dear survivor for you.

But it's a game, nothing else. And some of your words are indeed excessive.

I'm sometimes angry myself, I must acknowledge (when I'm forced to vote early for Chavez, Castro, Toulouse, India, 1981 election or other obvious favourites, or to try to defend Chiang, Piemonte or people I don't especially like in the GOP as they don't automatically deserve to go first).

But, well, in the end, it's really a game. And we can have many different criterions, as we already said.
And, unfortunately, there is only one survivor.

In a way, I prefer the process in this game, the order of elimination and the top 5 or top 3, far more than the final result: it's always a bit sad because the game is finished and more than one name deserves to win .

The path is better than the end.


Sicily has a great and very ancient history too, wonderful landscapes and cities.
Think about it as "Great Greece" and it's not exactly the same result .
