~Just a note: if I mention who the VP running is, it is because I think it might have some effect on the votes. If I don't, feel free to substitute the best (or worst) possible candidate (though mention who it is). Please make maps, predictions, etc!~

Scenario 1: Romney vs Obama

-Economy is so-so (slightly better than it is now, but very sluggish recovery), Obama's approval is slightly lower than it is now

Scenario 2: Palin vs Obama

-Economy is struck with a sizable recession (slightly weaker than the one in 2008-2009). Obama's approval rating is quite low, but it isn't  completely wrecked (Read: Jimmy Carter levels). Palin isn't saying as much stupid stuff as she did in 2008, but she is not viewed that much better then she is now.

Scenario 3: Huckabee and Christie vs Obama

-Economy isn't going anywhere. Obama's approval is pretty low. US intervention in Saudi Arabia is going poorly.

Scenario 4: Christie and Huckabee vs Obama:

-Same as above

Scenario 5: Gary Johnson and Christie vs Obama:

-Same as above, though pushes for legalization of marijuana at the federal level have risen (especially in the west)

Scenario 6: Ron Paul and Walter Jones

-Stagflation has set in relatively recently. Obama's approval was recently pretty good, but it is beginning to plunge.

More later.

1. In my view results in a narrow Romney victory.
2. Obama wins narrowly.
3. Huckabee wins in handily over Obama.
4. Obama narrowly.
5. Obama wins fairly easily.

Well, the economic recovery is beginning to pick up steam. I am guessing that we will have gotten back about half of the jobs the foreclosures and whatnot caused at this rate by 11/2012...and the unemployment level will probably drop another point and a half. I think Obama will will easily if Unemployment is anywhere under 8% and Ghadaffi goes.
