Are there any countries which are either at or nearing a Liberal, Great Society kind of economic system? If this country is moving to Randian level Deregulation and the end of Liberalism....There's no point.

It's an interesting question though. Are any countries actually moving leftward at the moment? The center-left has a good chance at taking control in Germany soon, for instance, but the last time that happened they still moved the country to the right, policy-wise.
