Article IV - Election Regulations:

1. All those considered to be qualified to vote from a State within the Mideast Region for federal elections, shall be qualified to vote in all elections, propositions, initiatives, recalls and Constitutional Amendments of the Mideast Region, except as where Regional Law may provide.
2. All candidates for electoral office in the Mideast Region shall be qualified to vote in the Mideast Region.
3. Voters shall be allowed to edit their ballots within 20 minutes of posting their original ballot or until the official end time of voting, whichever comes first.
4. No person shall campaign in the thread in which voting shall occur. If a person does so they shall have their vote(s) counted as invalid and shall be subject to further trial and punishment as the law may provide. A person's username and signature are exempt from this clause.

Further election regulations can be found here: http://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/A.R._2:_The_Mideast_Elections_Consolidation_Statute

*Note. It seems our Assembly has been so active with governing, everybody including me, forgot we actually have elections Tongue As seen with only 2 announced candidates (both about a month ago). Thank you Speaker Inks for the reminder.

I've lost interest in the forum and I've wasted far too much time here.

To those I consider forum friends, it's been nice and I hope to keep contact in some form.

Cheers.

Clearly the solution is to privatize presidential elections.

So, in less than four years, get excited for the 2016 MetLife Financial U Pick The Prez Extravaganza. If you tweet a picture of your completed ballot with the hashtag #ivoted, you could win a trip for two to the inauguration or an iTunes gift card.

Inks, Cathcon, Afleitch, Swedish Cheese, and Ogis are elected to the next Assembly.

Feeblepizza, Purple State, Big Bad Fab, nclib did not declare their write-in campaigns or write themselves in and therefore those preferences are invalid (though it doesn't matter anyway).

*Feel free to double check my counting since the 5th seat was decided by a work. I've gone over it multiple times and believe there are no mistakes.
