GROUP B West Bengal in fourth, but still in a good position to knock off one of the territories.

Goa is not a territory.

The easiest way to keep track is for everybody to post the cumulative result after their vote, rather than posting their vote as such.
So this is what I shall be doing.
(Oh wait, on rereading I noticed that the instructions say so, actually.)

Karnataka +1
West Bengal +1
Sikkim -2

Puducherry 0
Maharashtra 0
Kerala 0

Tamil Nadu 0
Bihar 0
Andhra Pradesh 0

Woot! Sikkhim got through! It won't survive against Karnataka and WB though.
I'm more worried about Pondicherry's future. I have fond personal memories of the place, you see...

Yeah, I would have normally voted for Andhra here, but I don't care much really. Get this phase over with sometime. Maharashtra is immune.

So once everyone has voted, the lowest placed is eliminated? Or the two lowest placed? This is important!

Hmmm... what should I vote for? My little poorish North Bangalore patch? Hampi weed? The beaches near Kundapura? Kodagu coffee plantations? Mofussil Dekhani Lingayats? I can't decide!

Kerala's nice too, but I'm too fiercely tribal. Karnataka it is.

I love how the legend uses Bangalore as an example for state capital, but Bangalore is obscured by the legend box. Cheesy
