But wait, isnt Washington a Democratic-leaning state?

Rossi hid his positions during the campaign to get elected, thats the way he wants it.

Rossi also had "For Governor - GOP" on his signs in a Democratic leaning state.

Rossi ran as a moderate. He is not a moderate. Gregoire failed to really point this out. I never even heard of Rossi's real estate dealings until I read the Wikipedia article. Gregoire did a cruddy job.

Gregoire ran a ridiculously bad campaign, and she almost deserves to lose because of it. And can you really blame a conservative in a Democratic state for running as a moderate? It should be the opposition's job to point this out- Gregoire didn't. If she loses the final count, she has no one to blame but herself.

Blanco and Granholm - Granholm's got a good shot @ being recalled pretty soon, as well as some of the Reps. who voted for the taxes raises/creations.

*rolls on the floor laughing*

Both at Stark's moronic bump of this, and some of the predictions.

Interesting question this brings up though, who will be the most unpopular Governor once Fletcher bites the dust?

Wtf, again with the 2004?  This has NO relevance to today.  Start a new damn thread.

Well Stark is now on review, meaning Dave has to approve every single post he makes.

I guess it depends on your definition of "good shot", but I wouldn't call a 0.0001 percent chance good. Smiley

Granholm isn't that popular, granted, but still much moreso than the GOP legislature. She didn't win 56 percent of the vote last year for absolutely no reason.
