How does this balance his anti-semitic acts as Libyan ruler? 

It is always fascinating, even as a Protestant white male, to watch crypto-minorities act against their brethren.  Secret Jews acting against their own.  Closeted gays voting against gay rights legislation.  Etc etc etc....

Even if it weren't a hoax, he still wouldn't be able to flee to Israel due to two rather obvious exceptions to the law about aliyah, which this rather unreliable source missed.
