Not a chance. I doubt he'll even make it to Iowa.

^^
This.  He says he's not accepting contributions of more than $100 from any individual.  How is his campaign going to remain financially viable for the next 9 months?

Now that Paul is in, he's much more likely to attract voters and donors who might have given Roemer a look.

He has about as much chance as Mike Gravel or Jim Gilmore did.

I'm not abandoning him. I just think that if he continues to make foolish financial decisions by only accepting 100 bucks per person, he's not going to get that far.

No one would have given Roemer a look, and Roemer's not accepting donations over $100 anyway.

He has about as much chance as Mike Gravel or Jim Gilmore did.

At least Gravel made some interesting videos and Gilmore had been out of office for only six years.

There is a certain kind of conservative who is anti-corporate control of government.  They probably can't admit to themselves that they're liberal and suppress that fact.  They might have taken a shine to Roemer but now that Paul is in, he'll be their guy.

The ironic thing about Gilmore is that he used his pathetic, brief presidential bid as a vehicle for Senate race. We know the results.

So if extremely unknown former governors use presidential campaigns as vehicles for statewide races, then Roemer will run for the Senate in 2014, or maybe even for Governor in 2015. Unless he gets a Cabinet spot.

A lot of folks run for President, knowing they have no chance, to get better job later.

I'm not sure about Governor or Senate, considering Buddy's age, but I can believe he may count on some cabinet post indeed.

Roemer has already won the primary in the state of Delusion That Exists In His Own Head (and Providence Plantations),

This was a huge upset as he finished a distant third behind Rick Santorum and Ron Paul in The Drudge Report-sponsored straw poll conducted by Zogby Interactive at the state capitol building in Christiania.

Mike Gravel also won the Democratic Primary in that state unchallenged for the second primary season in a row.
