I've told my loved ones to do whatever is cheapest.  I don't know if "science" still gives you $80 bucks for a fresh cadaver for med students to carve up, but that's probably what I'd prefer.

I had the Hepatitis as a kid and was told my organs are now useless (except my retinas) so that's not an option for me.

Basically a combo of Ebowed and Dead0man... Take out my organs, then whatever's cheapest. Fine with donating to science, too, but if they've taken out my organs I don't think they'll want the remnants for science.

I'll take cremation over burial and I have no problems with any useful body parts being used for organ donation or research.

The organs should first be donated to people who can put them to good use, from which point I want part of my body to be converted into a synthetic gemstone (maybe a diamond, or perhaps something else... I have time still to decide!) to affix on a 14 karat, rose gold ring to be kept within the family as an heirloom of sorts for however long is reasonably possible. Whatever happens to be left at that point can be cremated and left to relatives to decide what to do with.
