That's good because Weld isn't one.

How so? Isn't he was generally regarded as a 'downsize the government' conservative with socially liberal leanings? Explicitly professing a libertarian ideology isn't what I mean by libertarian-leaning.

Weld did expand the Massachusetts government though. I'd have voted for him.
