I think we shouldn't name the DoEA after someone who will, inevitably, return to run that Department.  Name it after a departed Atlasian, like Colin.

It's fun.  It's the equivalent of an IRL officeholder getting to put up a portrait of whomever he/she desires.  I love the tradition, and think we should continue it by defeating this bill.
