I just made this map for Gwinnett County, GA. Black precincts are >10% white, black, Hispanic, and Asian; green precincts are >10% for three of the four (with Asians usually the smallest group, at 6-9% in most cases. Perfect example of minority growth in the Atlanta suburbs, IMO.

Just found one in Greensboro, NC, of all places.  There are some in Durham next to Duke, which makes a ton of sense, but Greensboro?!   (It's near the universities but not that close.  And the school it's closest to is a NC A&T, which is a historically black college.)

Anchorage has at least six tracts with four ethnicities breaking 10% including two with five such ethnicities and this beauty with six:

Census Tract 901
Whites: 31%
Native Americans: 20%
Blacks: 12%
Asians: 11%
Hispanics: 11%
Multiracial: 10%

The other five race tract breaks down as so:

Census Tract 6
Whites: 24%
Asians: 17%
Native Americans: 16%
Blacks: 13%
Hispanics: 12%
Multiracial: 9%
Other: 9%

One of Juneau's census tracts has four ethnicities over 10%, if you count Multiracial as separate. One of the Aleutians tracts breaks down 35% Asian, 28% Native, 14% White, and 12% Hispanic. There are a bunch of 4- and 5-ethnicity tracts in Hawaii as well. The six in Anchorage is still the highest I've seen so far.

Oh, if we're going by census tracks rather than precincts, then here's one I found a while back:

Tract 1, South Richmond Hill, Queens:

25% Asian
24% Hispanic
15% Black
12% Multiracial
11% White
11% Other
2% Native American

There should be a ton of precincts within Sacramento County that should qualify. The whole county itself qualifies as well as the cities of Sacramento and Elk Grove.
Yep you're right. Mapped in green.

Is that near Jackson Heights? JH has great diversity. Also where my grandparents use to live (and where my mom grew up)

Not close to Jackson Heights, no. South Richmond Hill is in southern Queens, just northwest of JFK Airport.

And I don't know if JH really qualifies as "diverse" any more, being only South Asian and Hispanic now (white population is mostly gone, never had much of a black population to my knowledge, and East Asians have mostly moved to Flushing).

No, as Verily pointed out its South Richmond Hill, not too far from JFK, my dad grew up in Ozone Park Queens, which is in the same general vicinity, but not quite as diverse.
