I just made this map for Gwinnett County, GA. Black precincts are >10% white, black, Hispanic, and Asian; green precincts are >10% for three of the four (with Asians usually the smallest group, at 6-9% in most cases. Perfect example of minority growth in the Atlanta suburbs, IMO.
