I'll Say Minnesota.  Colorado has Colorado Springs and Grand Junction, both of which are famous for their social conservatism.  Minnesota on the other hand, doesn't seem like it has alot of evangelicals anywhere.

Colorado has Jared Polis and had Marilyn Musgrave and Tom Tancredo. Minnesota has Keith Ellison and Michelle Bachmann and Tom Emmer.

About the same.

Colorado is probably polarized and bimodal, while Minnesota probably has a single mode towards the middle.

Colorado comes of as more socially liberal with the Boulder/Aspen latte liberal feel. I know Colorado Springs and Douglas County are epicenters of conservatism but Denver appears more left leaning than most parts of MN socially. Although MN has given us more than their fair share of liberals, Mondale to Humphrey.

Colorado. I know Minnesota is more democrat, but I think a majority of democrats there are moderate, while colorado dems. are liberal.

I agree.  I've always thought Minnesota to be more socially liberal than Colorado.  It's not by a large margin, but I think Minnesota is just a tad more to the left.

Colorado by a tad. Colorado had Obama at 53.7 and Minnesota had him at 54.1. The D ticket barely won in 2010 in both states (though downticket not so much). I guess if you looked at the history and demographics, you would see that Colorado is a bit less uniony than Minnesota and probably makes up for the lack of social democractic tradition with a more of a social liberal tradition. BRTD should go there for a few months to see where it is easier to get laid but then again, there's very socially conservative places where the girls are sluts...
