Its interesting.  Last week people were following the US stock market and running their mouths incessantly.  This week things are a lot quieter.  I wonder why?  Maybe its because if you simply went on vacation last week and waited for the markets to calm down you could have sold your positions today with a net GAIN.  I'm amazed at all the people who blamed Obama and the S&P downgrade.  All the people who proclaimed the end of the world and suggested for us to mindlessly sell our stocks for a loss and buy gold at $1800/ouce are pretty quiet.  I know they can't give everyone their money back but at least they should offer everyone an apology.
