Al often gets lazy with his retorts and is just needlessly rude and insulting, but when he really tries then no other poster can match him.

Nonsense.  Some of us matched and exceeded the catty old thing before we were muzzled.

It is true that he has a pretty significant advantage over most posters on this, due to his immunity against the fascism.

Actually I get posts deleted and pick up death points on a semi-regular basis, but whatever.

Do you really expect facts to change his opinion....on anything, but especially this topic?  I guess the "but whatever" is implying that Wink

If this is a realigning election, it could very well be the most important election since 1980.

At times I wonder if J.J. is a bot, but no bot would write a post this inane.

Nice to see that Ryan comes with his own prop, just like Palin with her special needs baby.

Px would tell you his comments are meant to defend people like your brother because Republicans obviously don't truly care for those with special needs.  Roll Eyes

Actually I would say that politicians who use their relatives as props are disgusting.

It doesn't really read like it's meant to be insulting to people with special needs.  The girl who voiced the girl with Downs Syndrome in an episode of Family Guy (who herself has the syndrome) commented on how Palin would carry around her special needs son Trigg (sp?) like he was a loaf of bread, a prop.

And if Palin didn't carry her special needs child, the story would be "Republicans don't want those with special needs to be seen!"

Ouch. And I really thought Kerrey would end up doing better than Obama by a decent amount.

It's very frequent for Democratic candidates to run behind obama in this cycle's polling.

And conversely, there are many who run ahead of the President.

But, I guess you won't bother mentioning anything that makes Democrats look good.

If rather have someone take a fish hook to my eyeballs than watch you two argue. You are both the worst. Honest to God.

Opebo/Akin, if all we're discussing is a single Senate seat from Missouri.

Wow, why?  I should think your ideology and Akin's are the same.

Economic score: +0.13
Social score: -8.52

Happy in my liberal Toryism.

That's awfully moderate for a Conservative.  Tongue

Not really. Not for someone who is 28 and isn't pretending to be 'extra conservative' to be contrary.

Michigan is usually even more blue than PA. It's only those local polls that have a GOP lean that show MI competitive. Even rasmussen has Obama up 6 or more there.

Actually, Rasmussen has not polled since July.  PPP went from +14 to +7 and some of the lesser polls are showing it closer.

In a number of elections since 1980, MI was more Republican than PA.

In a number of elections since 1980, VT was more Republican than WV, but I don't think even Dick Morris thinks it will this year.

I think you know (assuming you have some intelligence) I'm mocking the 60's protester wannabes that comprise the democrat(ic) party.
Are you by any chance also the guy who wrote Norbit?
Are you trying to be clownish?

Yeah, some of us have to try. Not everybody is a natural like you.

I actually feel bad for Clinton.  He has an awfully ugly pig to put lipstick on.

I didn't know that you hired Clinton as your make-up artist.

Outside of the schoolyard, answering a petty insult with another tu quoque petty insult is hardly an example of wit.
