In association with Tim Bickerstaff of UK-Elect, I have been making such a map of the referendum results. I hope to be at the Ceredigion count on May 6th and armed with a laptop computer running said mapping software, Tweetdeck, BBC News and my mobile phone shall be doing my darnest to record the results as they come in by local counting area and will publish a map as soon as all the results have been declared

2. What will the result be (percentage-wise) nationally?

Yes - 57
No - 43

3. Results by region:
Not sure, but I'm guessing Northern Ireland and Scotland will be the only areas where we might see the Yes votes winning.
